Cut the plums into pieces, remove the pits, and place them on a baking sheet.
- Plums: 650 g

Sprinkle with sugar and spices on top and bake at 160 degrees for 20-30 minutes until soft. Make sure the plum doesn't turn into puree.

Chop cold butter into pieces and mix slowly with sugar and flour using a mixer. Add nuts, transfer to a baking sheet, and bake at 160 degrees for about 20 minutes until golden.
