For meringue: whip egg whites and powdered sugar with a mixer until foamy. Pour the mixture into a piping bag and place 50 g on a baking sheet. Put in the oven and bake for 2 hours at 130 degrees.

For custard: mix milk, cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and flour, put on heat and stir until thickened for 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and add butter. Stir.

- Vanilla: 1 g
- Wheat flour: 120 g

Mix 250 grams of custard with 500 grams of mascarpone. Pour the mixture into a pastry bag.
- Mascarpone cheese: 500 g
- Milk: 500 ml

Serve one portion of meringue on a plate. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top, drizzle with cream and raspberry sauce. Add berries - strawberries and blueberries.
