Whole grain bread with seeds in a bread maker

Load all ingredients except pumpkin seeds into the bread maker according to the instructions. Different bread makers may vary: in some, wet ingredients are added first, then dry ones, and in others vice versa. Add yeast to the flour so that it does not come into contact with water and salt. It is better to soak flaxseed in boiling water for a few minutes and then drain the water.
- Wheat flour: 360 g
- Whole grain flour: 60 g
- Wheat bran: 30 g
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Flax seeds: 30 g
- Vegetable oil: 20 ml
- Water: 260 ml
- Dry yeast: 1.5 teaspoon

Place pumpkin seeds in the special spice compartment or add them at the signal of the bread maker at the end of kneading.
- Peeled pumpkin seeds: to taste

Bake in standard mode for wheat bread, 750 grams, medium crust.

It's better to cool bread on a rack — this way it cools more evenly and won't become soggy.
