Chia seed and liqueur pudding is a refined blend of healthy ingredients and exquisite flavors. Chia seeds, known for their nutritional properties, absorb oat milk to create a delicate, velvety texture. Black currants add a bright tartness that balances the sweetness of the sugar syrup and the richness of Baileys liqueur. This dessert carries echoes of European culinary traditions, where special attention is paid to texture and flavor harmony. It can be served as a morning luxury or an evening treat. It pairs wonderfully with a cup of aromatic coffee or a glass of dessert wine, turning an ordinary meal into a small gastronomic delight.
