Vegan pie with jam

For the test, first mix the dry ingredients, then add the wet ones and knead the dough well. If necessary, add a little more water (maximum 1/4 cup).
- Wheat flour: 2 glasss
- Oat flour: 1 glass
- Starch: 1 glass
- Olive oil: 0.3 glass
- Water: 1 glass
- Berry syrup: 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
- Soda: 1 teaspoon
- Spices: to taste

Sprinkle the work surface with flour or starch, roll out the dough into a sheet and cut out the bottom for the pie. Place it in a mold or on a baking sheet, and shape the edges.
- Wheat flour: 2 glasss
- Starch: 1 glass

Evenly distribute 2 tablespoons of starch on the bottom surface and top with the filling. Chia seeds are optional if you use thick jam. For liquid jam or fresh berries, chia is necessary (2 tablespoons or more depending on the consistency of the jam).
- Starch: 1 glass
- Jam: 500 g
- Chia seeds: to taste

Make decorations from leftover dough. You can simply cut out shapes with a cookie cutter and place them on top of the filling.

Send to a preheated oven (180 degrees) for 25–30 minutes.
