Gluten-free donuts

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Mix flour and baking soda in a bowl. In another bowl, combine coconut oil (1 tablespoon), syrup, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
- Gluten free flour: 1.3 glass
- Soda: 2 tablespoons
- Coconut oil: 4 tablespoons
- Sugar syrup: 4 tablespoons
- Vanilla extract: 0.5 teaspoon
- Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon

Whip the aquafaba separately with a mixer for 5-8 minutes until thick peaks form. Mix the aquafaba with the batter.
- Aquafaba: to taste

Evenly distribute the dough among 6-8 donuts.

Bake for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden. Let the donuts cool.

For chocolate glaze: combine coconut oil and cocoa powder in a water bath. Stir until smooth.
- Coconut oil: 4 tablespoons
- Cocoa powder: 3 tablespoons

Pour melted chocolate into a shallow plate and dip each cooled donut into the mixture.

Chill in the refrigerator until the glaze hardens.
