Cream the butter and sugar (80 g), add an egg, a pinch of salt, and gradually incorporate the flour with baking powder.

Knead the dough and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Place raspberries in a saucepan, add sugar (100 g) and starch, bring to a boil and cook for a couple of minutes.
- Raspberry: 500 g
- Sugar: 180 g
- Potato starch: 2 tablespoons

Roll out the dough and cut circles of larger and smaller sizes using molds. Form the base for the baskets. Add the filling. Place a smaller diameter circle on top, seal the edges with a fork, and make 4 holes in the center with a toothpick.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake until golden brown for 15-20 minutes.
