Beat the eggs, powdered sugar, and softened butter for 10 minutes. At the end of beating, add sour cream and baking soda neutralized with vinegar. Mix everything with sifted flour.

- Sour cream: 200 g
- Soda: 0.5 teaspoon
- Vinegar: 0.3 teaspoon

Divide the dough into two parts. Color one part with cocoa powder.

Place the white dough in a 20 cm diameter baking pan. Layer the dark dough on top. Use a spoon to make swirls through all the dough in circular motions. Bake the sour cream cake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for one hour. Dust the finished pie with powdered sugar.
