Pour hot milk over chokecherry flour, mix well, and let the mixture cool.
- Bird cherry flour: 200 g
- Milk: 200 ml

Beat the eggs with 150 grams of sugar.

Add whipped eggs with sugar, melted butter, baking soda (do not extinguish), and sifted wheat flour to the mixture of black chokeberry and milk. Mix everything well.

Bake the layers in a parchment-lined 22 cm diameter pan at 190–200 degrees for 40 minutes.

For soaking: prepare sugar syrup. Mix sugar (100 g) and water in a saucepan. Place on heat and bring to a complete dissolution of the sugar. Cool down.
- Sugar: 250 g
- Water: 150 ml

Cut the cakes horizontally into 2 halves and soak them in sugar syrup.

Prepare the cream. For this, whip the sour cream with powdered sugar.
- Sour cream 30%: 900 g
- Powdered sugar: 180 g
