Mix flour, sugar, and salt. Add butter and crumble it. Add milk, egg, yeast and knead the dough (knead for 3-5 minutes until the dough is elastic and not sticky). Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight or all day).

- Chicken egg: 1 piece

Roll out the dough into a rectangle of 25x35 cm (maximum 30x40 cm). Grease with soft or melted butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, add raisins and nuts.
