The Christmas pastry 'Tree' is an exquisite dessert resembling a festive New Year tree. Its roots trace back to European cuisine, where such themed sweets often adorn the Christmas table. Light airy biscuits made from almond flour blend gently with white chocolate and crunchy pistachios, creating a rich nutty-chocolate flavor. Decorated with sugar glaze and drops of jam, these miniature trees look magical and perfectly complement the winter holiday atmosphere. They not only please the eye but also provide true gastronomic pleasure by combining sweetness, tenderness, and a hint of citrus freshness. This dessert will be an ideal decoration for the festive table and create a sense of warmth and coziness among loved ones.
