Baked air syrniki are a delicate and aromatic dessert from Russian cuisine that has won many hearts. They are made from cottage cheese with a natural tang that harmonizes with the sweetness of sugar and vanilla aroma. Semolina and baking powder give the syrniki airiness, while sour cream and butter ensure softness and richness of flavor. They are baked in the oven, making them light and without excess oil. These syrniki are perfect for breakfast or a cozy family tea time. They can be served with jam, honey, or fresh berries, making each serving even more appetizing.
