For the filling, finely chop the walnuts, transfer to a bowl, add sugar and tahini. Mix thoroughly.
- Walnuts: 85 g
- Sugar: 0.5 glass
- Tahini: 200 g

For the test, place softened butter, yogurt (natural, without additives), egg yolk in a large bowl, add vegetable oil and mix again.
- Butter: 125 g
- Yogurt: 100 ml
- Egg yolk: 1 piece
- Vegetable oil: 30 ml

Gradually sift the flour into the obtained mass, add the baking powder. Knead the dough.
- Wheat flour: 3 glasss

Divide the dough into three parts. Sprinkle the table with flour, roll the first piece into a thin long rope with your hands, slightly press it with your fingers and roll it out into a strip.

Place the filling in the center, seal the sides, lightly sprinkle with flour, and turn it over seam side down.

Cut the ribbon diagonally into small pieces and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
