Pancakes with cherries in jelly

An interesting variation of pancake dough, which is based not on regular milk, but on condensed milk. The sourness of the cherries in the jelly will contrast pleasantly with the sweetness of the pancakes.

Add condensed milk to boiling water and mix. Then sift the flour and add it to the mixture, mixing carefully to avoid lumps. Add vanilla sugar and baking powder. Mix again.

Dissolve gelatin in hot water until fully dissolved. Add sugar and mix. Pour gelatin into a rectangular mold, add cherries, and refrigerate for 3 hours.

Bake pancakes. Cut the prepared jelly into rectangles. Cool the pancakes and place jelly in the center of each. Roll the pancakes into tubes.
