Beat the eggs with salt using a mixer until light foam forms. While continuing to beat, pour in boiling water and kefir.

- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
- Boiling water: 250 ml
- Kefir: 250 ml

Sift the flour with baking soda and gradually add it to the mixer bowl, mixing at low speed. Add sugar and vegetable oil.
- Wheat flour: 180 g

Grease a heated pan with a little oil and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown. Brush the finished pancakes with melted butter to maintain elasticity.
