Fruit pudding is a classic dessert of British cuisine with a delicate, velvety texture and rich fruit flavor. Its history dates back centuries when fruit puddings were made at home with available ingredients and their recipes were passed down through generations. This version uses a fragrant combination of apples, pears, and cherries baked in a light almond batter, creating an amazing balance of sweetness and freshness. Warm or chilled, it pairs wonderfully with a scoop of creamy ice cream that highlights its tender structure. This dessert is perfect for cozy evenings with a cup of fragrant tea, and its healthy ingredients make it a worthy choice for those striving for healthy eating.

Then gradually add the previously sifted flour with cinnamon or vanilla to taste, continuing to whip. In the end, we should have a very liquid batter.
