First, we heat the cream until hot. Then we take 3 egg yolks, add sugar and vanillin, whisk until smooth, and start pouring in the hot cream while mixing with a whisk. We pour into ceramic cups.
- Cream 22%: 300 ml
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Sugar: 20 g
- Vanillin: pinch

Pour hot water into a large tray and place the cups with crème brûlée in it. Bake the crème brûlée in the oven for 25 minutes at 150 degrees.

Before serving, sprinkle with brown sugar and torch with a gas burner to create caramel. If you don't have a gas burner, you can sprinkle with sugar and place in the oven at the highest temperature for a short time.
