Kiwi-banana marmalade on agar-agar is a refined and healthy treat that combines the fresh taste of exotic fruits with the softness and tenderness of jelly texture. This delicacy comes from the trend of healthy eating, where natural ingredients play a key role. Kiwi adds a pleasant tartness to the dessert, while banana provides natural sweetness and creamy consistency. Agar-agar, a plant-based gelatin substitute, makes the marmalade dense and elastic without using animal products. Prepared without sugar, this marmalade is suitable for those watching their diet, and coconut flakes add a crunchy note. Ideal as a light dessert after dinner or a healthy snack that can be stored in the fridge. Each cube melts in your mouth, leaving a rich fruity flavor and a feeling of freshness.
