Wash the lamb meat (can be replaced with beef), dry it, remove membranes and tendons, cut into small pieces
- Mutton: 400 g

Heat oil in a pot and fry the meat until golden brown.

Peel the onion, slice it into half rings, peel the carrot and dice it. Add the vegetables to the meat and sauté over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.

Wash the tomatoes, cut them into wedges and place them in a pot, simmer for another 10 minutes. Pour hot water over the meat and vegetables, bring to a boil.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, add to the boiling soup, and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes until done.

Peel and finely chop the garlic. 5-10 minutes before cooking is done, add salt to taste, add peppercorns and garlic. Serve the soup with dill.
