Lenten soup with mushrooms and buckwheat

We boil the beans in a separate pot for 30 minutes (otherwise it will overpower the taste of the mushrooms).
- Beans: 350 g

We put the mushrooms in a large pot. If they are champignons, there's no need to worry, they are safe and can be boiled in the first broth. If they are regular mushrooms, drain the first broth and then boil for at least an hour!

So: we poured out the first broth and put new water to boil. We wait for it to boil, add mushrooms, and rest for 40 minutes (if cooking champignons, about 20 minutes).

In 40 minutes, we start preparing the sauté: we chop the onion, grate the carrot, and fry everything in sunflower oil, adding tomato paste towards the end.

We clean and cut the potatoes, then throw them in.

In 10 minutes, when the potatoes are slightly boiled, we add the buckwheat. We cook it for 5 minutes and then add the sauté.
- Buckwheat groats: 300 g

We boil for another 5 minutes and add the beans.

Boil everything together for 5-10 minutes. Check if all ingredients are ready, then turn off.
