Bukhler is a traditional meat dish that originated from European cuisine and has become especially popular in Kazakhstan. Its base is lamb slowly simmered in water with onions, bay leaves, salt, and black pepper. The result is a hearty and aromatic broth with tender, juicy meat. The dish has a rich, deep flavor with a slight spiciness from the spices. Bukhler is perfect for family dinners or gatherings when you want warming, nutritious, and easy-to-make food. In Kazakh cuisine traditions, it is often served with flatbreads or fresh vegetables, creating a harmonious blend of flavors.
