Clean and chop 1 onion, mix with minced meat, add cumin and coriander, season with salt and pepper. Roll into meatballs.

- Ground beef: 500 g
- Ground cumin (zira): pinch

Peel the carrots, zucchini, and potatoes, and cut them into cubes. Peel and chop the garlic and 1 onion.
- Carrot: 2 pieces
- Zucchini: 2 pieces
- Potato: 200 g
- Garlic: 2 cloves

Heat olive oil in a saucepan and fry the meatballs. Remove.

Fry the onion and garlic in the same oil. Sprinkle them with cinnamon, salt, and red pepper. Add potatoes, zucchini, and carrots. Fry for 2 minutes, then pour in tomato sauce and 500 ml of water. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Add meatballs and cook for another 5 minutes.

Wash the lemon, dry it, and grate the zest. Add half of the zest to the soup. Drizzle the soup with lemon juice. Sprinkle with coriander and serve immediately.
