Wash the chicken fillet, place it in a pot, add 1.5 liters of water, and bring to a boil. Remove the foam and cook for 30 minutes. Take the fillet out of the broth and let it cool. Then cut into small pieces.
- Chicken fillet: 600 g

Strain the broth, bring it back to a boil. Add the egg noodles and pieces of chicken, cook for 5 minutes.
- Egg noodles: 150 g
- Chicken fillet: 600 g

Whip cream, egg yolks, and lemon juice in a bowl. Pour 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the soup and stir. Then add the remaining dressing and stir again. Cook for 7 minutes. Add chopped cilantro to the cooked noodles. Serve in bowls.
