Rinse the lentils. Place in a pot with cold water and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer on low heat covered.
- Lentils: 150 g
- Water: 400 ml

While the lentils are cooking, chop the tomatoes (peel them in advance), smoked cheese, dill, and sauté in olive oil.
- Tomatoes: 2 pieces
- Smoked cheese: 40 g
- Dill: 40 g
- Olive oil: 5 ml

When the lentils are almost ready, add the sautéed mixture along with cream and pepper, and cook for another 5 minutes covered.
- Cream: 100 ml
