Clean all the vegetables.

In a pot (approximately 3 liters), add diced potatoes, sliced sausages, and finely diced meat - smoked meats (whatever you have in the fridge: cooked sausage, raw sausage, carbonade, etc.). It all depends on your imagination and the availability of products in the fridge.

Grate the pickles on a coarse grater directly into the pot.

Pour with tomato juice and set to cook.

Place grated carrots, finely chopped onions in a pan, and fry in vegetable oil. Add finely chopped greens and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
