Canned salmon puree soup is a delicate, warming dish of Russian cuisine that combines simplicity of preparation with rich flavor. Canned salmon gives the soup a deep, slightly marine aroma, while melted cheese and cream create a velvety and soft texture. The light sweetness of carrots and fragrant herbs complement the taste, creating a harmonious balance. This soup is perfect for cozy home evenings, especially in cold weather. It recalls traditional fish soups made in Russian families but gains modern notes thanks to cream and cheese. Served hot with herbs and can be complemented with fresh bread. The dish perfectly satisfies hunger and nourishes the body with beneficial substances, making it ideal for both everyday dinners and entertaining guests.
