Noodles with Meat

A rich noodle soup with meat broth, which is easy to make from the products that can be found in the local store. The recipe uses pork and ham, but any meat will do: chicken, beef, and even high-quality stew. Spaghetti or regular vermicelli can be used as noodles. A simple homemade recipe that can bring you back to your comfort zone - eat and feel like you did in childhood: when you run around, you are terribly hungry, and your mother puts a huge, delicious-smelling plate in front of you without asking any questions.

Peel the tomatoes and cut them into cubes.

Grate the carrot.

Cut the celery into thin rings.

Cut the pork into small pieces and fry it in vegetable oil with chopped onion.
- Pork: 300 g

Add salt and pepper. Add tomatoes, celery, and carrots. Simmer for 10 minutes.
