Kvasok is a traditional dish of Ukrainian cuisine that embodies the warmth and comfort of home. Its rich aroma with hints of smokiness and sweetness comes from tender pork ribs fried to a golden crust and prunes that add a slight tang to the dish. Potatoes and onions make it hearty and filling, while spices add depth of flavor. Kvasok is prepared slowly with love, allowing each ingredient to fully unfold. It is perfect for cold evenings when you want to warm up and enjoy the traditional Ukrainian taste passed down through generations.
