Cranberry and apple soup is an unusual combination of sweet and sour flavors that offers freshness and lightness. This dessert soup has roots in European cuisine and resembles traditional fruit kissels. Cranberries give the dish a bright acidity, while apples add gentle sweetness. Thanks to potato flour, the soup acquires a pleasant thickness similar to kissel. It is served chilled, making it ideal for summer days. Sometimes it is complemented with sour cream, enhancing the creamy texture. This dish not only refreshes but is also rich in vitamins, especially beneficial during seasonal changes. A delicious, light, and nutritious cranberry and apple soup is a wonderful dessert treat that delights anyone who tries it.
