- Brazil nuts: 1 glass

Put the garlic in the food processor and chop it.
- Garlic: 2 cloves

Add nuts to the garlic and chop until the size of rice.

Add soy sauce, rosemary, sage, salt, miso paste, and whisk thoroughly.
- Soy sauce: 50 ml
- Fresh rosemary: 2 tablespoons

- Sea salt: to taste

Transfer to a bowl and add rice, finely chopped onion, and celery.
