Prepare all the ingredients.

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil, add the pasta, and cook it for 1 minute less than the package instructions.
- Casarecce pasta: 140 g
- Salt: to taste

Peel the shrimp and cut them into small cubes.
- Shrimps: 100 g

Tear the leaves off the parsley and chop them into small strips.
- Parsley: 10 g

Chop the olives finely. Pluck the leaves from the thyme.

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the shrimp over low heat for a couple of minutes.

Add olives and thyme, mix well.

Add a bit of the pasta cooking water, capers, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.

Add parsley and butter, mix until the sauce thickens.

Drain the pasta in a colander and transfer it to the pan with the sauce, mix. Once the sauce boils, the pasta is ready.
