Mini burgers with beef patties are the embodiment of classic American fast food in a compact format. Their history is linked to traditional burgers that emerged in the USA in the early 20th century and quickly became a symbol of convenient and tasty food. In miniature form, they are perfect for parties, picnics, and family gatherings. Tender, juicy beef patties grilled to a delicious crust combine with soft buns, fresh vegetables, and aromatic sauces. Each bite offers a harmony of textures — crispy lettuce, tangy onion, refreshing cucumber, and rich meat flavor. They can be served as a standalone dish or complemented with a side of fresh vegetables. Mini burgers will be a bright highlight on any table, impressing guests with their rich taste and convenient format.

1
We cut the buns in half.
- Hamburger bun: 2 pieces
2
We cut the vegetables: tomatoes and onions into circles, cucumbers into thin slices, and salad leaves can be cut into strips or left whole.
- Tomatoes: 1 piece
- Red onion: 1 piece
- Pickles: 1 piece
- Iceberg lettuce: 1 stem

Next, we prepare the minced meat. Add salt and pepper to taste and finely chopped onion. Mix and form balls. I have small burger buns, so I make the balls to match the size of the buns.
- Ground beef: 200 g
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Onion: 0.5 head

You can fry patties on a grill pan or a regular one. I have a separate electric grill. It works better because it has a press on top, preventing the patty from puffing up and deforming.
5
Preheat the grill to 200 degrees, brush the buns (inner sides) with olive oil and place them on the grill until slightly browned.
- Hamburger bun: 2 pieces

Then we take our dough balls and flatten them into a round shape with our palms, place them on the grill, and press them down. After 6 minutes, we can flip them for a 'nice grill pattern' and cook for another 6 minutes.
- Ground beef: 200 g

We assemble our burgers. Spread cheese sauce on the bottom bun, then add a lettuce leaf, patty, barbecue sauce, tomato, onion, and pickled cucumber. Spread cheese sauce on the top bun and cover it.
- Cheese sauce: to taste
- Iceberg lettuce: 1 stem
- Ground beef: 200 g
- Barbecue sauce: to taste
- Tomatoes: 1 piece
- Red onion: 1 piece
- Pickles: 1 piece
