Tuna Burger and Guacamole

A tuna and guacamole burger is an exquisite blend of fresh seafood and the rich flavor of avocado. This burger boldly reinterprets classic American cuisine by adding hints of Mexican traditions. Tender tuna mixed with mayonnaise and spicy seasonings creates a light and aromatic filling. Guacamole with garlic and lemon juice adds a slight tanginess and velvety texture to the dish. Wash cucumbers and tomatoes, cut into thin rings.
- Cucumbers: 1 piece
- Tomatoes: 1 piece

Peel the onion, cut it in half, remove one part, and chop the other into small cubes.
- Red onion: 0.5 head

Chop the green onion finely.
- Green onions: 2 stems

Guacamole: peel the avocado, cut it into large pieces, and place it in a deep bowl. Peel and chop the garlic, add it to the avocado, blend everything, add lemon juice, salt, and mix thoroughly.
- Avocado: 1 piece
- Garlic: 1 clove
- Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: to taste

Open the tuna, transfer it to a deep bowl along with the juice, mash it with a fork, add a tablespoon of mayonnaise, pepper it, and mix.
- Canned tuna in its own juice: 1 jar
- Mayonnaise: 1 tablespoon
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Cut the buns in half and fry each half on both sides in a pan.
- Hamburger bun: 2 pieces

Assembly: spread cream cheese on the bottom part of the bun. Then place cucumber slices. Next, add guacamole (I used a round metal mold for serving garnishes/salads), then add tomatoes, sprinkle with red onion, and top with tuna.
- Cottage cheese: 2 tablespoons
- Cucumbers: 1 piece
- Avocado: 1 piece
- Tomatoes: 1 piece
