Pork hamburgers are a delicious and hearty dish of Polish cuisine that combines tender minced meat, aromatic onions, and spicy mustard. While hamburgers are traditionally associated with American cuisine, this version reflects Polish culinary traditions that blend simple yet rich flavors. Tender pork and veal patties soaked in milk and breadcrumbs acquire a soft texture, while caramelized onions add depth of flavor. They are served on rye bread that highlights the meat's juiciness and is complemented by sharp mustard. These hamburgers are perfect for a family lunch or cozy dinner, offering the warmth of home cooking and rich taste.
