Mix ground beef, chili flakes, and finely chopped garlic in a bowl, season with pepper and salt. Form 2 patties slightly larger than the buns and refrigerate. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Slice the onion into rings and fry. Be careful when flipping the onion to keep the rings intact. Remove the pan from heat and set the onion aside.
- Ground beef: 350 g
- Chili pepper flakes: 1 teaspoon
- Garlic: 1 clove
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Unsalted butter: 2 tablespoons

Preheat the grill or barbecue (or heat 1 tbsp of canola oil in a pan). Brush the pineapple slices with olive oil, grill until golden brown, and place on a plate. Then fry the patties. Place a slice of cheese on the hot side of the patties.

- White cheddar cheese: 40 g

Heat the remaining oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the eggs and cook for about 4 minutes until the yolk hardens. Cut the buns in half and toast the cut side.

On the bottom half of the bun, place a lettuce leaf, beet, a slice of tomato, fried onion, pineapple, patty, and egg. Then cover with the top half of the bun. Your juicy burgers are ready. Enjoy your meal!
