Homemade burger with meat patty and bacon

We are talking about a juicy burger, full of aromas and flavors, which is not only tastier, but also healthier than in any cafe. Advice. Of course, you can grate the onion, but believe me, chopped will taste better.

1
First, fry the bacon until it is browned on both sides. In the pan where the bacon was cooked, sauté the finely chopped onion until golden. Add a clove of garlic and sauté for a couple more minutes.
- Bacon: 4 pieces
- Onion: 1 piece
- Garlic: 2 cloves

2
Add an egg, pepper, and onion with garlic to the minced meat. Mix well. No need to salt, bacon and sauces will enhance the flavors without salt.
- Ground meat: 200 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece

3
Fry the patties in olive oil for 5-7 minutes on each side. After flipping, add the cheese.
- Cheese: 80 g
- Ground meat: 200 g

4
In the pan where the patties were cooked, fry the buns. While the buns are browning, prepare the sauce. Make one you like and have in the fridge. You can mix barbecue sauce, ketchup, and a bit of spicy chili sauce. You can also make a mustard sauce (preferably Dijon or grainy) with lemon juice and cream.
- Sesame bun: 2 pieces

5
Assemble the burger. Generously spread sauce on the bottom bun, add a lettuce leaf, tomato, cheese patty, cucumber, and bacon. Don't forget to spread sauce on the top bun and cover the burger.
- Barbecue sauce: 50 g
- Ketchup: 50 g
- Chili sauce: 50 g
- Iceberg lettuce: 40 g
- Tomatoes: 60 pieces
- Pickles: 40 pieces
- Bacon: 4 pieces
