Make minced meat from lamb, add salt and pepper to the mixture, mix well and form round flat patties. Fry in a pan for 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Lamb fillet: 400 g

Cut the burger buns in half and toast each side for two minutes.
- Hamburger bun: 2 pieces
