Light Chicken Roll

A light chicken roll is a wonderful combination of simplicity and flavor inspired by European cuisine. Tender chicken breast infused with a fragrant spice mix is pan-fried without oil, maintaining the dish's lightness. A key role is played by the sauce made from natural yogurt, boiled eggs, garlic, and roasted peanuts, adding zest and textural depth. Refreshing lettuce leaves and thin Armenian lavash make this roll an ideal choice for a healthy snack. Such recipes emerged from the desire for quick and nutritious food perfect for busy days. It can be easily taken on the go or prepared for a light dinner. The balanced taste, tenderness of the chicken, and crunchy accents of peanuts make this roll a true culinary delight.

1
Wash the chicken breast, rub with spices (choose those you like, I had a mix of black pepper, paprika, basil, curry, and khmeli-suneli) and place it in the pan (since this is a light option, I fried it without oil in a non-stick pan). Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
