Onion marinade. To make this, we mix sugar, water, and vinegar. We chop the onion and place it in the marinade for 20-30 minutes.
- Red onion: 200 g
- Vinegar: 10 tablespoons
- Water: 20 tablespoons

Soak the first bun in 3.5% milk, then mix it with the minced meat. Shape the patties and fry them for 6 minutes on each side.

Slice the cucumbers as thinly as possible (into slices). Cut the bun in half. Spread ketchup on it, add lettuce, tomato, cheese, patty, cucumbers, onion, and cover with the two halves of the bun.
