In a regular pan, slightly heat 1 tsp of olive oil. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Then, fry the whole breast for about 7 minutes on each side with the lid closed.
- Extra virgin olive oil: 2 teaspoons
- Chicken breast: 100 g

While the chicken is cooking, slice the tomato and avocado into long pieces. Prepare a few leaves of iceberg lettuce.
- Tomatoes: 1 piece
- Avocado: 0.3 piece
- Iceberg lettuce: to taste

Place the cooked chicken on a napkin to remove excess oil. Slice the breast into long pieces.
- Chicken breast: 100 g

Place the flatbread with lettuce leaves closer to the left edge of the tortilla (for easier rolling). Then, layer slices of chicken, tomato, and avocado on top of the lettuce. Season the filling with salt. After that, slowly and carefully roll the flatbread into a flat tube.

Slightly heat 1 tsp of olive oil in a grill pan. Place the tortilla tube in and fry for about 3 minutes on each side.

Then place the tube on a napkin to remove excess oil. Cut it in half with a sharp knife. Serve immediately.
