Shawarma with soy sauce and honey is an exquisite blend of sweetness and rich flavor depth. The roots of this dish lie in street food, but its sophistication makes you forget traditional notions. Marinated pork infused with the aromas of soy sauce, honey, and sesame gains tenderness and a caramel hue when grilled. Crunchy vegetables, juicy iceberg lettuce, and spicy Korean-style carrots add freshness and textural variety, while soft Armenian lavash turns all the ingredients into a harmonious roll. The dish is perfect for a hearty lunch or a light dinner.
