Low-calorie sandwiches with vegetables and feta

Low-calorie sandwiches with vegetables and feta are the perfect combination of freshness, crunchy texture, and creamy flavor. This recipe is inspired by American cuisine but adapted for healthy eating. The lightness of Borodinsky bread, baked to a crispy crust, harmonizes with the delicate creamy feta cheese and aromatic green onions. Juicy slices of cucumber and tomato add freshness, while iceberg lettuce contributes juiciness and structure. Such a sandwich is suitable for a light breakfast or a healthy snack throughout the day. It can be served as a standalone dish or complemented with fresh juice or unsweetened yogurt. The refined taste and simplicity of preparation make it an excellent choice for those who watch their diet but do not want to sacrifice rich flavor experiences.
