Ciabatta with salmon and vegetables is a harmonious combination of Italian bread with tender, lightly salted salmon and fresh vegetables. This recipe draws inspiration from Mediterranean culinary traditions where simple yet quality ingredients create unparalleled taste experiences. The crispy ciabatta is soaked in butter and aromatic olive oil, highlighting the richness of the fish. A light tang from lemon juice adds freshness while black pepper provides a subtle spiciness. Hard cheese, juicy tomatoes, and cucumbers complement the texture, creating a balance between the tenderness of the salmon and the crunchiness of the vegetables. This sandwich is perfect for a light lunch or picnic, combining elegance and convenience. It can be served with a glass of white wine or refreshing lemonade, making the meal even more memorable.
