Rye toasts with goat cheese, berry sauce, and pine nuts are a true symphony of flavors. The combination of crispy rye bread, creamy goat cheese, and refreshing berry sauce creates a perfect balance of sweetness, tartness, and creaminess. Pine nuts add a pleasant nutty note and a light crunch. This recipe is inspired by Italian cuisine, which values natural, vibrant flavors and simplicity in preparation. It can be served as a morning breakfast, light snack, or even a festive dish for special occasions. Perfect with a glass of white wine or a cup of fragrant tea. Simple to prepare yet impressive in presentation and harmony of flavors. A great choice for those who appreciate gastronomic pleasure without unnecessary complexities.

1
Heat the pan with oil. According to my favorite Ramsay, this is the first step, and for us, it's the second; look how far we've come!
- Olive oil: to taste
2
I buy pre-sliced rye bread, won't say which brand (the site's rules say no advertising, even though it doesn't relate to any well-known manufacturer, but let's not complain). So, you don't even have to think in the morning about how thick to slice it, an unknown someone has taken care of that, you just take the bread out of the packaging and place it (attention!) on a preheated pan on low heat.
- Stale rye bread: 2 pieces

While the bread is toasting — and I’m against the toaster here — the toaster won’t give your bread the wonderful color of being toasted in expensive olive oil; you blend strawberries with raspberries in a blender with sugar. Or with agave syrup, as trendy me, or you don’t blend if you made porridge yesterday according to my humble suggestion (see recipe), or you made strawberry-berry sauce last night like a responsible person. In general, our next step is to get this sauce out or make it in 5 minutes. You can skip straining the seeds.
- Fresh berries: 55 g

Fry the bread to a nice color — there are several toasting types (some like it charred). Place goat cheese on it — crucial — first the cheese (to soften slightly from the fridge), then fresh salad on top, followed by your sauce.
- Soft goat cheese: to taste
- Corn salad: to taste
- Fresh berries: 55 g

While you arrange everything on the plates, you toss a handful of pine nuts into the hot skillet, toast them, and — the second to last step — artfully place them on top of your sandwiches.
- Pine nuts: to taste

The last step (though, who knows if it's the last.. ;) — definitely smile at yourself with plates in hand on the way to the bedroom!
