In a small bowl, mix crushed garlic, mayonnaise, black and cayenne pepper. Then add grated parmesan and crumbled blue cheese. Salt to taste.
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Mayonnaise: 230 g
- Freshly ground black pepper: 0.5 teaspoon
- Cayenne pepper: pinch
- Blue cheese: 100 g
- Grated Parmesan cheese: 180 g

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Cut the baguettes diagonally and brush one side with olive oil. Place the bread oil-side down on a baking sheet. Put in the oven for about 5 minutes until the bread is golden.
