Wash fresh berries, remove leaves and twigs, and place them in a saucepan. Frozen berries can be transferred to the saucepan directly without thawing.
- Blueberry: 250 g

Add sugar and rosemary sprigs. Simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened. This process will take about 1.5 to 2 hours.

Toast the pieces of brioche on a dry skillet on both sides.

Spread melted or cream cheese on each half.
- Cream cheese: 120 g

On one half, it is necessary to melt pieces of camembert. For this, place 3-4 pieces of cheese on a bun, cover with parchment, flip, and fry for a couple of minutes in a pan. You can melt the cheese using a press grill or a torch, and a microwave or oven can also help.
- Camembert cheese: 120 g

Spread 3 tablespoons of blueberry jam on the second half.

Once the camembert has melted, remove the parchment and cover the bun with the other half with jam.
