Mix the minced meat, feta, oregano, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Divide into 8 portions. Shape each portion into a flat patty, slightly pressing the center.
- Ground beef: 1.5 kg
- Feta cheese: 250 g
- Oregano: 2 teaspoons
- Salt: 1.5 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper: 1.5 teaspoon

In a blender, crush the garlic, gradually pour in 120 g of olive oil, and blend for 30 seconds.
- Garlic: 8 cloves
- Olive oil: 150 ml

Preheat the grill in barbecue mode. Cut the onion into 4 wedges. Brush with remaining olive oil. Add salt and pepper. Place the patties and onion on the grill. Flip after five minutes. Remove from the grill when the onion falls apart into rings and the meat reaches medium doneness, which takes about 4 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
