Toast the bread in a pan without oil on both sides until crispy.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh from the skin with a spoon.

Scoop the avocado flesh into a large bowl and drizzle with the juice of half a lemon.

Remove seeds from the chili pepper and chop finely.

Cut the tomatoes into large pieces.
