Dietary 'Mimosa' is a light and healthy version of the traditional Russian salad that retains its airy texture and delicate taste. This salad emerged as an interpretation of the classic 'Mimosa,' but without mayonnaise, replaced by natural yogurt. It successfully combines the softness of tuna, the freshness of apple, and the light sweetness of carrot, complemented by the spiciness of onion and creamy flavor of cheese. Proteins provide structure while yolks decorate the top layer, creating the effect of a blooming spring flower. This salad is perfect for those who watch their diet but do not want to give up gastronomic pleasure. It pairs well with light side dishes and fresh vegetables, and its delicate texture makes it a great choice for festive or everyday menus.
