15 minutes
This refreshing salad combines the brightness of citrus fruits, the delicate spice of mint, and the pleasant salty texture of halloumi cheese. Oranges add sweet juiciness to the dish, while mint adds freshness, creating a harmonious balance of flavors. The grilled halloumi with a crispy crust adds richness and makes the salad more filling. Walnuts provide a nutty depth, while arugula and watercress finish it off with a light spiciness. This salad is perfect as a standalone dish for a summer dinner or as an original appetizer on a festive table. European traditions of using halloumi in warm salads make this dish a true gastronomic find.
